Older than many of our employees at Capitalise, PDFs have been the go to printable format for documents since the 1990s. Luckily, your veteran product team recognise that an end of year reporting pack is PDF central and so we’ve tidied up our Capital Report PDFs this month.
Our Capital Reports have been used regularly by over 500 accountants in the last 12 months to guide their clients and provide key insights regarding their financial health, including:
Business credit report details
- Business credit score used by banks, lenders and partners when assessing risk
- Risk factors impacting how their business credit score is calculated
- Payment performance when settling trade and supplier credit
- Registered legal notices that could be damaging their business profile
Cash flow performance metrics
- Latest and annual financial metrics to measure business performance and growth
- Cash flow management to track a company’s ability to cover their short-term obligations
- Customers with payments overdue to identify locked up cash in the debtor book
Expanded credit risk factors
We’ve expanded the credit risk factors section so you can share key insights with your clients on what’s impacting their business credit score. Business credit scores are essential when applying for finance, tendering for new contracts and maintaining a positive business profile. With this extra layer of detail, you can provide genuine value to your client and formalise a plan for improving or defending their score.
Improved report formatting
More than just a fresh lick of paint! We’re continuously working hard to improve the presentation of our Capital Reports so they’re easier to digest and share. Our latest improvements include updates to the fonts and sizes used, how sections and data break across different pages so the report flows better, and some tidying up on excess spacing and content alignment.
We hope you like the updates, but we always welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can improve further?
