Back in November we released Client Tools, allowing you to offer valuable support to your clients with access to their own Capitalise platform.

We’ve now launched a couple of updates from popular requests, to give our partners greater control and the ability to efficiently introduce these features.

Client view feature: See what your client sees

For clients that have access to Capitalise for Business,. you can now view their dashboard, to see exactly what they see when they use the platform (much like Xero or Fathom)

Tip: Just select “View as client” under the client menu in Monitor.

Invite your clients via email to the platform

We’ve seen hundreds of businesses signup to our Client Tools feature through their accountants bespoke link.

That’s why we wanted to streamline this process to help make it even easier to  sign up your individual clients. Now, you can send an email invitation directly from the platform. No clunky back and forth.

All you need to do is log in to monitor, go to ‘risk profile’ and simply click “invite” to onboard the client.

This will generate a quick message for you. Simply click ‘send email’ and your client will be invited to signup!

Search results page showing business funding options from Fleximize and iwoca, with details on term loans, costs, and response times.

New questionnaire results screen

Last but not least, we’ve been steadily updating our funding questionnaire journey, to make it load faster, improving the speed of finding lender results.

All designed to make it even quicker to help your clients get the funds they need, when they need it.

Log in to your Monitor dashboard and see the new updates you can access today.

Give your clients access to their business credit score and funding from 100+ lenders
